UNITY THROUGH THE BOND OF PEACE

Unity Through the Bond of Peace portrays a diversity of thought leaders (Cesar Chavez, Martin Luther King Jr., Frida Kahlo, Albert Einstein, Malala Yousafzai and Rosa Parks) nominated by the OCEAA Charter School community and the school’s 5 Habits of Character. The mural features a red and blue side, slowly blending to become purple in the middle where unity is found. The center of the mural features large heart hands, an invitation for spectators to take a photo and declare to stand in unity with neighbors around them.
Unity Through the Bond of Peace was a collaboration with OCEAA Charter School, Purple Unity Project, Superior Property Services, and Acrylatex paints.
