The Lion of Judah

The Lion of Judah painting is a depiction of the opposites that we are called to live in in the kingdom of God. It's quite interesting how God calls us to do things such as die to live, give to receive, those that are most thirsty or more full. How can God be love and wrath? In saying this, this piece is Split in half with two colors. One side of the painting is depicting the lion more fierce while the other side gentle. Often a great leader and bodies both of these characteristics. May this painting always serve as a reminder that the truth is always held and tension between two opposites.
